Geoff is a long-time corporate attorney focused on the technology and life sciences industries. Over the years, Geoff has represented many private and public companies and financial institutions in general corporate matters and in M&A and capital markets transactions. He has served as outside counsel to many of the Incept companies. Most recently, Geoff was a partner at King & Spalding in the firm’s corporate practice group. Before joining K&S, Geoff was a partner at Ropes & Gray and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe.
